MIRI: The Canada Hill Trail Challenge Datuk Sebastian Cup 2025 will take place on December 7 at Canada Hill, Miri, offering a RM10,000 reward to the fastest runner who completes the trail within the set time.
Organised by the Bulatan Park Runner Club, the event is supported and sponsored by Deputy Minister of Tourism Sarawak, Datuk Sebastian Ting Chiew Yew.
Registration is open until November 11, with an entry fee of RM65 per person. The five categories include Men’s Open (4.5km), Women’s Open (3.8km), Men’s Veteran (2.5km), Women’s Veteran (2.5km), and Fun Run.
Winners of the open category will receive RM500, while veteran winners take RM350, with cash prizes extended up to 10th place.
Runners who finish in under 30 minutes (men) or 25 minutes (women) will receive the special RM10,000 bonus, a record still unbroken.
Race kits can be collected on Saturday (10am–6pm) at Miri Marathon Office, Taman Bulatan Miri. Registration is available at jomrun.com/event/11thCHTC2025 or Share Tea, Boulevard Commercial Centre.
