KUALA LUMPUR — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced that the Special Committee on Corruption’s Annual Report will be tabled before the Cabinet and studied alongside MACC’s leadership to strengthen ongoing anti-corruption reforms.
The report covers the committee’s assessment of MACC’s Annual Reports from 2021 to 2024, identifying patterns in enforcement and emerging challenges to integrity systems.
Anwar said the government will carefully consider all findings to ensure reforms stay on track and public trust is further reinforced.
The courtesy visit from JKmR, led by Datuk Mohd Shahar Abdullah, marked the first time the committee formally presented its annual report to the prime minister.
