KUALA LUMPUR: Legal representatives of Dr Afifah Hidayah (Dr Fie) will proceed with civil legal action against singer Nubhan Ahmad, alleging unlawful intrusion into her residence and removal of her belongings.
Lawyer Datuk Akberdin Abdul Kadir stated that the action was improper as Dr Fie still has the right to reside in the property while the matrimonial asset claim is ongoing.
He asserted that any takeover of occupied property must only be done through court orders, adding that the incident also raises concerns over the children’s welfare.
Nubhan and Dr Fie divorced on December 2 after a decade of marriage and share three children.
