KUALA LUMPUR: Bermaz Auto Berhad has launched the all-new Mazda BT-50, priced from RM138,000, featuring a 3.0-litre turbo diesel engine, six-speed automatic gearbox, and 4WD system.
Built on Isuzu’s reliable platform, the BT-50 includes the i-Activsense safety package with Blind Spot Monitoring, Lane Departure Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control, and eight airbags.
The pickup is available in five colours and comes with a five-year/100,000km warranty.
Bermaz also introduced the Mazda3 1.5L, priced from RM118,900, and announced plans to debut the new Mazda CX-5 next year.
Executive Chairman Tan Sri Ben Yeoh said the company welcomes the government’s upcoming EV duty structure, which aims to support local assembly and investment in Malaysia’s automotive industry.
