KUALA TERENGGANU — The Terengganu housing landscape has taken a modern Islamic turn with the launch of the Taman Hamparan Project, developed by P-Excell Management Sdn. Bhd. (PEMSB), a subsidiary of PMINT.
Built on 4.53 acres in Kampung Peradong, the project features 69 single-storey terrace houses, each offering 1,100 square feet of living space tailored for family comfort and spiritual harmony.
State Executive Councillor Dato’ Wan Sukairi Wan Abdullah said the homes were designed to combine modern aesthetics with Shariah principles, ensuring layouts that support modesty, privacy, and social well-being.
“This project reflects Terengganu’s vision of sustainable, faith-based living — a model of how Islamic values can coexist with modern lifestyles,” he said.
Meanwhile, PEMSB Chairman Hilmi Dato’ Harun highlighted that Taman Hamparan reinforces PEMSB’s role as a trusted Islamic property developer.
“We aim for this project to set a new benchmark for Shariah-compliant housing that meets both the spiritual and lifestyle needs of modern Muslim families,” he said, adding that the development enhances the identity of Terengganu as a centre for Islamic-based real estate innovation.
