KUALA LUMPUR – Ahead of their SEA Games 2025 clash, coach Nafuzi Zain has cautioned his U-23 players that Laos are capable of causing problems if Malaysia fail to stay focused.
He said a strong performance is needed to gain momentum before facing favourites Vietnam in their final group match.
Even without three players who were not released by their clubs, Nafuzi insists Malaysia must adapt quickly and remain committed to securing the three points.
