KUALA LUMPUR: The Election Commission (EC) will hold a Special Meeting on December 16 to finalise matters related to the upcoming by-elections for the Kinabatangan parliamentary seat and the Lamag state constituency.
The EC said the meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and will address various aspects of the by-election process for both constituencies.
An official press conference is scheduled for 11.30 a.m. at the EC Tower in Putrajaya, where the EC will brief the media and the public on the decisions and arrangements made.
The by-elections follow the death of incumbent Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin earlier this month, which led to the vacancy of both seats.
