NADMA Reports Wide-Scale Community Preparedness Training Reaching 52,010 Participants

KUALA LUMPUR: The National Disaster Management Agency (NADMA) announced that 52,010 communities have participated in disaster preparedness training using the CBDRM module as of November 2025.

Deputy Director-General (Post-Disaster), Hussain Moh, said the initiative aims to strengthen community resilience and ensure residents understand the correct response steps during emergencies.

The training involved 30,000 civilians, 8,200 youths, 7,400 NGOs, 4,100 community leaders and 2,310 rural communities nationwide.
