DJI’s FlyCart 100 Marks a New Era for Drone Delivery

In a move that pushes aerial logistics to new heights, DJI has unveiled the FlyCart 100 — a drone built to handle extreme conditions while carrying payloads previously unimaginable for civilian delivery aircraft.

The FlyCart 100 comes with a redesigned body, stronger motors, and larger carbon-fiber propellers, enabling it to lift up to 100 kg and fly long distances across mountains, rivers, and remote areas.

With the standard dual-battery configuration, it can transport 65 kg for 12 km; in emergency single-battery mode, it still manages 80 kg for up to 6 km.

Charging time has been dramatically reduced thanks to DJI’s high-output chargers, and the drone’s batteries can be swapped while hot — a valuable feature for nonstop operations.

Cold-climate missions benefit from battery incubation technology that keeps power cells at optimal temperature.

The FlyCart 100 also introduces DJI’s new flagship winch with a 30-meter cable, offering smooth, stable cargo handling even in rugged environments.

Safety is reinforced through a suite of advanced sensors — LiDAR, millimeter-wave radar, and a multi-directional vision system — along with an emergency parachute.

Rated IP55, the drone can operate in rain, dust, freezing temperatures, and winds up to 12 m/s.

Completing the ecosystem are the new Delivery App and DeliveryHub, which give operators tools for route automation, AR-enhanced navigation, fleet tracking, and integrated management.
