KUALA LUMPUR — The MoU between Terengganu and Malaysia Rail Link marks a pivotal step in shaping a TOD-led development framework around ECRL stations, signalling the emergence of a new economic structure for the state.
Menteri Besar Dr. Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar said the collaboration aims to stimulate job creation, improve mobility networks and strengthen business activity in key districts.
Nearly 600 hectares of state land have been earmarked for structured development, with preliminary works already underway in Chukai, Kemasik and Dungun.
